Item Consumption Quantity Reporting

Hello, I am using the Item Consumption Report for used items trying to get a quantity per item name/code. I am able to get this by grouping by the item name field, but it opens the report fully drilled down for hundreds of items.  Is there a way to get the report created with all the lines collapsed to just the item and quantity, or a mass collapse option for the column? Right now I'm having to manually collapse every single item to run the report I need.

Hello George,

I suggest exporting your report to Excel for added formatting options. Then format your report data into a Table and either use the Pivot Table function or something else like the Slicer function.
