How can I build a report to show outbound calls booked? The only thing I have come up with is to have the agents tag those jobs as OB booked. Any suggestions before I implement this?

The call data report has a column "direction" that tells if the call is inbound or outbound. You can also see this on the CSR Manager dashboard.

Create a campaign and associate that campaign with outbound calls booked. Use the Jobs Created report to include Booked By and filter by Campaign type.

Hi @Patsmithsr777! You can use the "Call Center Performance by CSR" report and include the "Outbound Calls Booked" KPI. CSRs would have to manually reclassify these calls though and tie them into the job that was booked, or else that KPI will not reflect correctly.

I was looking for something easier, less time consuming on our CSRs. The solution I came up with was to create a tag "OB booked" which I can use as a filter to find the outbound booked calls easily. Thank you for your help.
