We are new to Phones Pro and have been experiencing nonstop issues with calls not ringing all the way through to our call center. Luckily we are still using a third party software to manage our marketing tracking numbers and thats how we've been able to identify leads that are classified as "missed opportunities". We have issues specifically with calls going into Abandoned and straight to VM intermittently without even ringing through to DialPad.
Any remedies for this would be appreciated. We're struggling to get support from ST after the go-live.

Shari, we are on our second week with Phones Pro and are experiencing similar issues, as well as other issues. Right now I am pretty perturbed at the system as a whole. The call quality is good, but the issues we are experiencing have not made for a good transition.

Check your settings for Call Blocking & Spam Prevention to make sure nothing is ticked off on there that shouldn't be.
