Looking at todays forecast for 111 degrees in the high desert above Los Angeles it makes me wonder how everyone else is doing across the country with this heat wave set to last until the end of next week. Make sure your team is fully hydrated and drinking by the rule 8 ounces of water every 15 to 20 minutes to maintain themselves.

I cant wait for it to cool down too. Sadly though being from Phoenix, probably have at least another month of the super hot temps. Thankfully, we get beautiful weather and everything should be perfect by the time Vertical Track rolls around in Mid-October. We have to take the heat in the Summer but I still content there is no better place to live 8 months out of the year. Hope everyone has some fun labor day plans!!
