I have a case started with support but figured I would see here if anyone knew what I might be doing wrong.
I have non job event timesheet codes set up to pay techs a custom hourly rate for things such as meetings, etc... But the calculation isn't working. The tech had clocked into this event for 0.8 hours, but the master pay file comes up as $0.51.

This was all set up properly on our end and was a glitch in the backend that ST fixed up for us. 🙂

I haven't actually played with custom rates by timesheet code! I won't be much help here unfortunately. Is there a conflicting unpaid event perhaps?

We add the event for them to clock into and nothing else is scheduled at this time. I can't even figure out where the calculation comes from for the $0.51 that it pays for 0.8 hours.
