My company wants to implement a performance based pay (PBP) process using ST configurable payroll. I want to develop an industry leading PBP methodology that transends each specific trade. I am looking for help on the industry best practices for how to structue the PBP process and specifically the set up and maintenance of Pay Profiles/Rules, etc.
Thanks for the mention! I'd start by creating a wish list of things you'd like to pay for, and then go play with configurable payroll to see if it's possible. Check out the available filters etc. Ask questions in the community if something DOESN'T look possible. I built my performance pay plan around what I COULD do in configurable payroll (and made sure I posted ideas here in the community when something WASN'T possible).
