Is there a way for employees to enter Unpaid Time Off for future date in
the same week? My colleague tried entering Unpaid Time Off for this
coming Friday and it wouldn't let her do it.
It's still an issue. Unfortunately making it "required" doesn't mean
they do it. We have required forms but the employees just "start" it and
forget to enter anything or submit it.
Unfortunately we're running into this issue too. They can close out the
job and the forms will say "started" but no one gets an alert since they
did not submit. Don't think there's an ST fix at this time.
ST will automatically populate recurring services per year depending on
what you have set up. For our office, we have our Cool Maintenance
populate for all membership every March so all cooling call schedules
show up in March for that specific year. ...
