Recurring Service Events for 5-Year Memberships

We have started using 5-Year membership options but although the membership shows 15 events (3 inspections a year), only 9 events (first 3 years) are on the recurring date list. Why? Will the 10th event populate after the 1st scheduled inspection is completed in 2023? We do not want to add recurring service events now, as we want ST to populate what the membership was setup and scheduled to do.

ST will automatically populate recurring services per year depending on what you have set up. For our office, we have our Cool Maintenance populate for all membership every March so all cooling call schedules show up in March for that specific year. I think it prevents from future appts being marked as complete instead of current appts.

In my experience it only shows so many events into the future.  As you go through events, more will pop up.
