Same issue. We typically have to click bubble, then the leads tab, open lead and update details and dismiss bubble as a duplicate. Seems like there should be a better way

I just ran into this issue as well. The performance pay actually was reported out under a historic pay period that has since been closed.I created an IDEA for it, please vote for it!https://ideas.servicetitan.com/ideas/COMMUNITY-I-8601

I also would like a way to performance bonus or increase commission rate based on total payroll period amount. Right now that function is available on a per job/invoice basis only.
