Call Bubble Issues This Morning

Our CSRs started to experience this issue this morning and it is ongoing. 


"When calls are coming in the bubble isn’t getting populated on Service Titan right away its delayed. After the call is ended the bubble is still showing green on Service Titan as if we are still active on the call. I also noticed that when I excused a call and closed it, it was still showing that it was active for the other girls until they refresh the page."

It is affecting all of them.

I had some issues with call bubbles today also. We had some calls come in that were short enough they didn't make it past the greeting and get to me, but they showed on my screen and the time kept counting until I refreshed the screen.
