I have seen this...it is if a job was rescheduled but the arrival window date was still the original date. Double check that and hopefully that solves it!

I've had a few of these reported to me by our CSRs and everytime this has been what happened

I haven't seen this! Are there multiple appointments scheduled for that job? It could be that the initial appointment was set up and someone updated it after the chat was sent.
Does this happen consistently?
