Ability to change or reconfigure Dispatch Board

It would be amazing if we could arrange our technicians on the dispatch board in anything other than alphabetical order.  We run a lot of 2 or 3 person crews and it would be so much easier on the eyes if we could group them together, not just in a Team.

You can add "Teams" and those would separate your technicians (the teams are alphabetical& the names inside the teams are also) but this does& the names inside the teams are also) but this does help

Go to settings, then people, then technicians, then choose your tech then edit their profile, then go down to teams

You can add items to the front of their technician name to help better organize your dispatch board to your liking.  We operate in several markets and put the 3 digit mkt code in front of the technicians name to allow us to sort them all in a particular order and you could do the same thing with the groupings for your techs.  It does look a little when the customer does get a notification saying tech PHX-Jayson F is on the way, but we have never really had any complaints and a little weird on a dispatch notification is well worth being able to group them in the order we want.

You can do something similar just with spaces. Spaces won't be added to customer notifications, but they are taken into account on the dispatch board. More spaces=higher on the board. So @Benjamin_Cross could use one space for each of the techs he wants grouped in one place, two for another group, etc.
