HIGHLIGHTING "I will be done in approximately 15 minute" on Dispatch Board

When the Tech gives the heads up in the field that he will be done in 15-30 minutes with the ST button. It is very easy to overlook. People get busy on the phone or just tune out the computer notifications. Is there a way to make that notification on the right-hand side that is super white, a bright yellow on the dispatch board?
