Has anyone had any issues with some bad actor/thief hacking calls and stealing clients?
We have experienced it three times when we call a customer back to let them know our tech is in route, they say someone had already called them (from a number that is not associated with our company) and was either on the way or cancelled the call.
I have asked ST and the phone company to do some investigation but no one can find anything. So I am throwing out a Hale Mary to see if anyone else had a similar issue.
