In our dispatch we do have a wait list we all keep on paper and pen, so we decided to utilize Service Titan for these types of call. Most of the time we get to these calls, but sometimes we can't help them.
Here's the workflow I created that helps our dispatchers:
Now we are able to see Wait List calls on our dispatch Screen. Additional benefits - we can search by tag type and see how many Wait List calls are taken each day.
