Our techs accidentally hit this button and customers accidentally hit it as well. These days, no one is asking us to go contactless, so how can I remove the e-sign option permanently?
As far as I know, this cannot be turned off. Maybe maybe it is a config that was turned on for everyone with COVID happened. Might be able to ask your CSM if they can turn it off!
Yeah for this I'd advise asking your CSM- if they say there is no way, post an idea for us to vote on!
