Can you post academy in the content portal?

I'd like to share specific academy and knowledge base content in the technician content portal.  Is there a way to link the article of video directly from Service Titan?  If not, is there a way to download it so we can then upload it into the content portal in a format that will work?

Hi @jamied - I'm going to share a great tutorial that @mmontgom did for adding Academy courses to the Content Portal. Her approach should also work for adding Knowledge Base content to the Portal as well. I hope this helps!
