Is there not a "follow up" created when a tech request an additional appointment bc they have to order part and go back?

@krowe you can set up an alert to send an email or text to someone on your dispatch team to take care of scheduling the additional appointment. Is this what you're looking for?

Hi Jaclyn,
You can set up this alert in Settings, Integrations. Click Add then select "Technician Requests Additional Appointment". You can add an email or SMS or both. Let me know if you need any help with this!
