How do I export customer/job notes? Does it require a custom report

I have a customer who needs to be able to export all of the histories (notes) for their clients to put in their other system. They use it to track warranties and service agreements. Currently, I can't seem to find a way to export this information. Do I need a custom report to get this data? It's there, so I should be able to get it somehow. Thank you.

I have reviewed the custom reporting and also checked this with the product team, there is no available report that will export notes from customer records.
