I am new to the service titan and trade industry! I work for a growing plumbing company, and I am wondering what reports are you guys running to do outbound calls? How often do you call the same customer? We recently called quite a few customers to update their information and let them know about the specials that we are running, but we do not want to spam of overwhelm them with calls.
Also, if anyone has any trainings or resources on outbound calls I would be so grateful to be able to read/listen or watch to be more knowledgeable in this area!
We run a variety of reports based on last time in a customers home and use recurring services for yearly maintenances (even without memberships). We will typically make three points of contact a couple times and maybe set a follow up for a couple weeks after if we are unsuccessful.
