Reclassify Chats

Is there anyway to reclassify or attach a chat to a different job.  When we get chats from customers it doesn't always attach to the related job.

When are finding the chat or call that you need to reassign, you can click the detach option or the x and it will than go back to unclassified on your dashboard.  When that happens, you can than go in and attach the call to the proper job.
