I'll go first (I'm strictly HVAC right now but I'd love to hear about all trades!):
Service techs: Average ticket on opportunity jobs, conversion rate, leads set
Comfort Advisors: Average ticket, close rate, options per opportunity
I'd love to know what you all are tracking!

For our Service Techs we have a monthly "Team Player" leaderboard and we track total conversion rate, recalls caused and first call arrival time among other things to compile a score!

The top 5 each month get a spiff, then we take the winners each quarter to a team player breakfast!
