Emergency Dispatch Report

I know the outage today was impactful to quite a lot of people, and there might be some who don't have this report built already. Just as an FYI - ServiceTitan already has a report built that can be scheduled so that if there is ever an outage that impacts being able to access the calls on the dispatch board for the day, you can know what is there. 

We have the emergency dispatch report scheduled to run every night so that any calls that are on the calendar are sent out to our management team, and our CSRs/dispatchers. This way if we ever get into a situation from ServiceTitan or our own systems we can still access this. Coming from California where we know we are consistently impacted by fires/power outages, it cane be a game changer to know we have a back up plan if we need it. Just wanted to share in case this is something anyone thinks would be helpful to their team. 🙂

Thank you for this tip! Working in Florida, especially post Hurricane, this is definitely something we can use to stay prepared!

Hello,

I have this for a daily scheduled report(includes couple days) emailed daily very early in morning in case of any number of causes. After a couple of times that we were without ST it seemed like a good idea just in case.
