Hello & Happy Friday from Sunny Florida! Over night we had an email sent stating a customer has been receiving ROBO calls, posted below -------------------------------------------------------
"Please stop calling me with your robo calls or I will go on every review platform to let people know what a poor choice it is to do business with your company."

Our team is wonder if this has occurred with anyone else?
We have started a case, checked reports looking for out-going calls. I have checked the customer name, number & email also; this information is not in our customer profiles. Any other ideas on how we can find out more, We are hoping to solve the issue - Just trying to get ahead of the wait time since we have made reports.
