DEACTIVATE JOBS

ANYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN DEACTIVATE A BUNCH OF JOBS AT ONE TIME?

Run a report to show all those old jobs and send it to ST for them to do a backend cleanup.

EXISTING JOBS THAT ARE OLD, USING OLD FORMAT THAT WERE IMPORTED FROM OUR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.

@Office -- gotcha! Reach out to your CSM team and submit a data task request to have these deactivated on the backend as there's no way to do this on the user side.

Agree with Jessica...bulk edit is the way to go!

Like, cancel jobs? Or deactivate job types? You can deactivate job types in bulk by clicking the boxes in the list and then clicking DEACTIVATE above the list (in settings)

DEACTIVATE OLD JOBS THAT ARE 2+YRS OLD TRANSFERED FROM OUT ACCOUTING SOFTWARE WITH OLD FORMAT OF RECORD KEEPING.
