We are working on trying to make a nice streamlined system for tracking a permit as it goes through processing to inspection to excavation to resolution, etc. I thought about listing the steps in one note on the job, then just editing as each step gets done, but there s a concern about having too much minutiae when the plumbers are trying to check back through the job notes. Do you have any suggestions?
