We are trying to find out if we can set a maintenance membership so the
recurring service is set to a certain time frame. Some customers have more
equipment than others so it takes longer to complete their maintenance
visit for a membership. We would like to set this in the membership so each
time the visit is booked it automatically has the right time frame for that
location/customer.
I don't believe it is currently a feature or something that can be done but would be a huge help

Hey @dyan_the,
This feature is actually available today. It does require that you have the "Use sold hours for recurring events job duration" configuration on (contact your CSM if it isn't already on for your account).
Here is our guide on how this feature works https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/controlling-the-job-duration-of-recurring-services.
In order for it to work properly, you will need to setup items in the pricebook with the correct sold hours and then add those items to the recurring service invoice template. If you customers pay for their membership upfront, you can make the price of these items 0.00.
