I've been using ST for about seven months now and I've noticed a quirk that could really use some massaging:
When our techs upload photos using the mobile app, regardless of the orientation of the photo as actually captured by the device, ST will randomly change the orientation. Sometimes it's 90* sideways, sometimes it's 180* rotated. Doesn't seem to matter if the user has an iOS or Android device, it does this with both, and leaves the technician as well as the admin team back at the office no ability to re-rotate it to correct orientation for us to be able to view it correctly.
Would love to see this issue fixed, but would also love to see a simple button/tool added to allow users to rotate photos. Especially important when we're trying to read model numbers, serial numbers, etc off of equipment that our team took photos of.
