I would like to see the max number of "Paused" appointments raised. Honestly I think ALL paused appointments should show up on the mobile app to help keep the techs up to date on what jobs they need to complete.

I agree all jobs should show up. This helps office staff and technicians remember to go back to jobs. If a job gets rescheduled it goes to scheduled jobs lost with all other jobs that get scheduled. With the uncertain delivery times still affecting us, tracking down shipments is a busy part of our day. This section or adding a section for parts on order would help tremendously.

Best practice would be for techs to only PAUSE if they are completing the job same day. If they are returning another day they should be requesting another appointment.
