Technician estimates from the field - Office reviews it before sending

We need to review the technicians estimate before it is sent to the customer.  Finding an "alert" for this doesn't seem to exist.  Yes, I realize we can go into the "Follow Up" tab or reports. 

Also, It's great to be able to see a tech built an estimate on the the job page BUT we really need to see it on the location page OR on the call screen as well when they call in.
