tracking outgoing calls

First of all I have no idea if I chose an appropriate "label" for this post, I apologize if I did not.   

My questions is...Is there a report that tracks OUTBOUND calls using ST?

Is Call Centre Performance by CSR. a portion of ST or another App??

It should be in your reporting options in ST.

Call Centre Performance by CSR is able to produce outbound calls data.  You can choose different columns as needed.  Hope that is what you are looking for?
