Real Time Assist Card Issues

Is anyone having issues with the Real Time Assist Cards?

I have created the card: including trigger words from the customer and csr side. All of my csr's have AI on and I have disabled the ability for them to turn it off. I have ensured it is assigned to all groups.

However, I am still noticing the assist card does not always populate when the trigger word is stated. The transcript is displaying the trigger word as it is said, so I don't think it a matter of it not hearing the word properly. Not sure what I need to do different. It does work sometimes. But, I would say more often than not it doesn't.

I also have noticed I will type multiple trigger words separated by commas and click save. When I go back into the card it is not showing these words listed?
