At the top of the Community there is an IDEAS tab. You can submit ideas, and vote for ideas of others. Please share your ideas here in the CSR/Dispatcher group if you think it would be helpful to your work.
For example, @RandiThompson shared this idea for a "Tech chat history." Take a look, and if you like it, please jump in and vote. Our product team takes ideas into consideration after so many votes.
