It's the third Thursday of the month - and you know what that means... Lunch and Learn! We meet the third Thursday of every month to bring you training and provide a space for you to share challenges, ask questions, and share advice with other CSRs, dispatchers, and CSR Managers. They don't record them. I think it's to keep things confidential since people can share experiences and ask questions.
