Converting time clock display

Our payroll platform makes us enter our regular time and overtime in a decimal format - is there a way to change the display on the time sheets to make it a decimal so I dont have to calculate it for every employee?

Ex: I work 9hr and 39 min, but in decimal form that is 9.6500 hrs

Any ideas??Screenshot 2023-04-03 at 10.24.32 AM.png

Is there a way to see how much the total is for ONE day - not split into several different ones like idle, driving, working, etc.

For Insurance purposes, I need to see the duration worked for the whole day and I dont want to have to add up every decimal for each day of each employee

Run a timesheet report, group the report by technician and day, and then you can sum the duration column for each grouping.

If you run a timesheets report you can add a column for duration decimal. Same data that you're looking at here.
