Hi I'm Mimi with Rock PHA in Colorado. I'm the Office Administrator, but I've also been a CSR and the Call Center Manager. I am currently working through the certification courses and striving to keep our ST Score over 200! I've been on the community for a while, but I'm mostly a reader, not much of a poster.
