If you want, you can use the basic link to your customer portal. Once they log in, they can submit an appointment request, but nothing specific to their membership, the portal doesn't do that.You could setup something external, coded with the API.......

Define "automated".ServiceTitan's inventory system already has barcode scanning support (Brand new feature), so I'm curious what you mean by "automated".
