Introducing NEW functionality in Community

The Community team is happy to share some new and exciting changes launching TODAY in Community.

Start-Up Guide

Sometimes it's just hard to get started in a new place, especially an online community. To ensure a smooth onboarding for everyone, we're introducing our Start-Up Guide widget located on your Community homepage. It offers new members a guided introduction to the ServiceTitan Community, complete with a checklist to help them become active and engaged members quickly.

• Introducing yourself in the Titan Lounge
• Giving your first Kudo
• Responding to a post or article
• Asking your first question
• Telling us a little more about you (Profile Completion widget)
• Adding a profile picture

                                                             

All Community members will be able to see the Start-Up Guide as long as you are logged into Community. Once you complete the tasks, the widget will disappear from your Community homepage.

Profile Completion Widget

The new Profile Completion widget is here! With this new feature, all Community members are able to see a widget, on the My profile page, that allows you to complete important aspects your Community profile and let other members to get to know you better. This widget has a progress indicator to help complete your profile for a more personalized experience:

• First name
• Last name
• Title
• Location 

Once you complete these four pieces of information, the widget will disappear from your My profile page. If you ever need to adjust the details of your profile, click on your avatar and select My settings > Personal Information.

New Discussion Board - Titan Lounge 

                                                                                  

Introducing Titan Lounge, our latest discussion board. Whether you're new or a longtime Community member, join us to introduce yourself, celebrate successes, and connect with peers. New members, share your story. Longtime members, welcome our newcomers!

The Titan Lounge can be found under Discussions.

We're eagerly looking forward to revealing even more improvements soon!
