Hello Titan Fam! Do you sometimes struggle with your CSRs getting enough job related information before sending a technician out? We have a couple of tools in ServiceTitan that you can use to help your CSRs ask the right questions on the FIRST call. This will give them the confidence to book the call and know they are getting the right information, help your dispatchers to qualify the call and get it put on the right technician, AND make your techs happy later when they find that they have the information they need.

Wow the custom fields ! I had the job summary template in place, but I didn't think about how useful the custom fields would be. thanks!

Brittany thank you for sharing this video! We have questions that pop up in the job summary based on the call type that is chosen, but I was unaware that we could create custom fields for our CSRs in regards to obtaining specific information on every call. There are things we train our CSRs on when they first start with us, but it is a lot of information for them to remember without having a bunch of sticky notes all over their screens. We will be implementing this feature! Thanks again!
