Is there anyway that i could change thecolor of the tag on the dispatch board when its a non-working job?

I mean the schedule not the dispatch board. Like this. We have jobs that are green but one is HVAC and one is plumbing. Are these colors based on zones or how are they generated?

Assuming all boards are setup the same, the color of the job is based on dispatch- ours are blue when scheduled, darker blue when confirmed, purple when they dispatch to it, green while working and light grey when completed.

We have zones setup and a colored dot appears on each job to designate which zone they are in.

On the schedule board, is the color of a particular job based on the zip code it is in? I figure they should be colored by job and not by zip code.

If you have the permission settings to do so, you'd go to

settings

operations

tag types

then locate the tag you want to change, click edit, then at the top, change the color by clicking in the colored box. You can drag your pointer until you find the color you want.
