When I reclassify our abandoned calls, I have a person in the drop down list that isn't an active person in our Employee database. Does anyone know where else I need to look to deactivate this person? Or is this a glitch that I need to reach out to support for?

Is your tenant part of en enterprise hub or partner portal? I wonder if that user could be on a higher level.
