Blocking Zip Codes from Arrival Windows

Looking for a way to block out of town zip codes from going later in the evening and only being available in the morning arrival windows.

Our technicians rotate zones daily and sometimes multiple technicians are in the same zone depending on call volume in that zip code. Technicians have expressed that they highly dislike driving far out of town in the afternoon/evenings and would prefer to only do it in the morning to bring them back closer to the shop at the end of the day.

if you do not have their home address listed in the tech profile, then that is one item you will need to do. Also select which zones they go to is another item to review. Make sure to list their main zone as primary.

Our issue is that our techs dispatch from the office so their address is set up as our shop. They all dispatch from the shop daily and rotate in the zones that they go to and if we have enough calls in one area, we could have two tech sin the same zones. We were wanting a way to block certain zip codes from our afternoon time slots to make sure that they are going out of town in the morning and then coming back to town in the afternoon.
