How do I calculate the sold threshold for Job Type. Is this the same as the cost of the job type?

Couldn't we eliminate a lot of issues if we moved to 24 hour time (aka military time) rather then 12 hour clocks that required setting AM or PM instead of 1500 versus 3 pm which MIGHT get booked as 3 am instead?

Has anyone see this on the Appointments? I copied what the "Appointments - FAQ" says happens when a tech asks for an appointment. I don't receive a mssg or SMS. Nothing shows in the "Alerts". The system seems to automatically create a new appt.

At times a customer wants their history emailed to them. I would love to be able to send an email with all of their invoices, paid and unpaid, to them. Instead of having to send them one by one.

It would be lovely to see who created non-job events. We currently put our initials in but sometimes it's forgotten. I know I can contact Support to look one up but this seems like something many people would find useful on all of them.

Is there a way to change the non-job event color?

Our non job events get blurred between all the "grey" color. I would like there to be different colors applied. "Red" for technician out, "blue" for on call. etc.

Does Mass Reschedule just see the original booked date on a record. When I go to a date Mass Reschedule only "sees" records with that date while missing all the other unassigned records that were booked on different dates but haven't been assigned yet.

If you cant use Mass Reschedule to reschedule all the unassigned calls left on a particular day despite when they were originally booked what good is it? What am I doing wrong.

Can we get the ability to track emails through service titan the same way we track phone calls? It would be nice if when I clicked a customers email through ServiceTitan that it add that action and a copy of my email to the customers job page.

On Map 2.0 have you found a way to change the technician colors?

We are trying to get the colors assigned to our techs on the calendar to match the colors on the map; however, we have been unable to find a way to change the technician colors on the Map 2.0

Recurring Service Events- is there a way to look up or track deactivated recurring events? or a way to RE activate those recurring service events?
