Would really like the ability to customize when and how many reminder notifications are sent to a client. For example, when a client schedules an appointment several weeks or months in advance, the ability to have a reminder sent 1 week in advance in addition to 24 hours prior would save our dispatching team the heachache of needing to reschedule appointments with little notice.
Conditionional logic would be a game changer to implement for reminders as well. Further ability to adjust the reminder notification wording/messaging depending on the type of job booked would be very helpful.

Jessica, I see that Ashley posted this to the "ideas" page 2 years ago and it has received quite a few "votes", over 150 to be exact, but no changes have been made? I would think there has to be a better way to approach a much needed improvement to this feature. Is the Idea board the only solution here?
