reoccurring dispatch

We have two delivery drivers that we have on our dispatch board under "install".  Every day they have a dispatch to make deliveries and one at the end of the day to load up for the morning.  Is there a setting that will allow for us to set a "schedule" or have reoccuring dispatches?  Or is this something we will have to continue making daily?

Are these set up as jobs?  Or are they grey blocks you have put on them?  You can create non job timesheet codes that are visible to them always and then they can clock into it whenever needed.

Yes, we set them up as individual jobs based off what vendors they go to.

You could add appointments to each job but you will be constantly adding them...and it might also skew some of your KPI's.  A grey block might work a bit better for you that you set as recurring.  However, doing them up as jobs means you can optimize the route so your drivers take less time doing this task.  Either way has its benefits/drawbacks.
