Can you automate estimates to resend to customers after a certain number of days if they haven't accepted?

Hi @acaroluzzi - you can definitely accomplish this! Once you enable Online Estimates you can customize the invoice email template to add an expiration and/or resend for certain amount of days if it has not been accepted!

Hi @acaroluzzi you can also automate and customize your followup emails of unsold estimates and send drip campaigns with Marketing Pro. There is a whole library of pre-built templates specifically for unsold estimate campaigns that are designed to get your audience to take action. Screen Shot 2023-09-19 at 9.56.19 AM.png

Hi there.... I have this setting correct in my ST, is there a way to add an additional sending if they haven't accepted after the 1st & 2nd email?

If there are multiple contacts under the location, will the resend option only send to the contact to whom the estimate was originally sent? Or will it be sent to multiple people who don't know anything about it.
