We have been having a discussion in our office about how can we send a contact card to a customer through Service Titan. Either when they get the text message that the technician is on the way or when they get the confirmation text the day before. As of right now, Service Titan does not have something like this integrated into their system. Our benefits from this would be that the Customer would be able to click it or a link sent and add our main line number to their phone. It would even be cool to add the company website and social media. What are everyone's thoughts?

Hi.hello has a wide variety of options for included info and has very simple options that could be pasted into your techs bios.

I am not very tech savvy, but recently there was someone asking about adding links to an estimate and @timothy_1 shared a link for a site that has information for coding and HTML. If you could add a link for your phone number into the message when you set up the dispatch and confirmation texts, then they could click on that and add it to their contacts.
