Is there a way to create a Marketing PRO audience based on the date the job was created?
We'd like to send a specific welcome email the day after a client books a particular type of service.

Yes, there is a way to do this although the filter may not be specific to the date it was created. We have emails that go out daily in marketing pro for specific job types that are scheduled between 0 and 365 days in the future that excludes ones who have already received the specific marketing campaign. We also filter it by job type so if it is a marketing campaign only for Furnace Maintenance, then that is the job we select. Hope this helps a bit!

Thanks Miranda but we're trying to do it by Job Created date not Job Scheduled Date. ie I'm looking for everyone who called in today to book a new appointment for a specific job type.

Yeah, Miranda's workaround is the best way to do it... the first time the campaign runs, any job in the future will receive your campaign, but after the first day, only NEW jobs in the future will get the campaign. Essentially, after day one, any new job booked that day (regardless of how far out it is booked) will get the email the next day, but everyone else will be excluded because they already received it.

Ohhh thank you for the added detail. That's greatly helpful.
Thank you both!

That's a good way to do it!
