We utilize the payroll approval within Service Titan and it is nice that you can have the technician approve or dispute their payroll and leave a note. The problem is, the office cant communicate back within the same payroll approval area within service titan. If they want to communicate with the technician, they need to call, email or text them outside of this area which really means the audit trail is useless. Would be nice if they could replay inside the same area and keep that audit trail intact which would be very vital if there ever happened to be a wage or labor dispute versus trying to track down that information in email or other sources outside of the payroll module itself.
