Hi All,
I am trying to determine the best way to pay my on-call technicians their special pay rate for after-hours calls. If I set up an overtime rule, there is a hard cut off on time causing a technician to get paid their special rate if a regular job goes past the cutoff. How does everyone else handle their on-call techs? I can't wait to hear all the suggestions! 🙂

I would like to know as well. I was wondering if we could add a non-job task like training or office time that we could add a spiff to? Is that possible?

Hey @chodgepsc unfortunately we cannot add a spiff to a Non-Job Event - That would be a great Idea to Post!
